7:00 am – 8:00 am    When Dance Becomes Prayer: Interfaith Movement, Dance & Body Movement by Rupa Cousins ~ Interfaith Movement, Dance & Body Awareness. Alexander Technique inspired. Group sharing and some poetry are intergrated into the workshop

                      1. The Intuitive Edge-Your Connection to Spirit: Rev. Barry King, Awaken your conscious connection  to your inner guidance. This workshop will explore how to be conscious of your connection to Spirit and  how to develop your gifts effectively and purposefully.

2. Interfaith & The Crisis in Religion: Rev. Dr. Tom Lynch, The religions of the world are in crisis because many followers are increasingly leaving their religions due to globalization, science and critical thinking. This workshop will explain why this is happening and how interfaith can be a means to address this crisis in a constructive manner.

3. Minister Heal Thyself: Rev.Janis Firstenberg, This interactive and practical workshop includes an introduction to energy protocols and demos, along with the hands–on teaching of a daily routine. Learn how to be in the right frame of mind and body before serving others.

4. The Chaos of Life is an Illusion: Rev. Sandi Duffield-King, Explore how the spiritual practices of major religions impact the counseling process. This workshop will address how to help clients find inner peace through the development of a spiritual understanding of the existence of a higher power, the power of thought, affirmations and prayerfulness, the use of spiritual energy, acknowledging our interconnectedness and the purpose of life and its challenges and an understanding of the process of death and dying.

5. Interfaith/Multifaith Chaplaincy Opportunities: Rev.Jean Leone OunI, Explore the path to positions on all levels to successfully get a full time position as a chaplain in a hospital, hospice, police department and in federal government services. Topics include education and training requirements that are necessary beyond seminary; How the interfaith-multifaith spiritual movement will be working towards acceptability by the Federal Government for VA chaplains and military chaplain positions; and how to prepare now for the chance.

 6. Interfaith in the Workplace: Rev.Jim Sances, Explore how to introduce the “Unchurched” and the disenfranchised to interfaith concepts and the understanding of Universal Truths. Participants will have a heightened sensitivity to foster interfaith understanding in the workplace & community.

7. Belief & Value Systems - Being a Person of Good Charactor Rev. Dr. Marjorie Schiering & Rev. George Schiering, Explore how to implement communication techniques for positive social behaviors. Learn how to chart results with the introduction of the six international character traits associated with being a person if good character.

8. Creating & Nurturing Your Own Congregations: TBA-CIC. How to successfully develop and nurture an Interfaith/Mulitfaith spiritual community. Understand why congregations are the key to changing the world for the Interfaith-multifaith movement.

9. Dark Night as the Souls Path to Sacred Activism: Rev. Jacob. Watson, This workshop will introduce participants to the purpose of emotions & skill development for Sacred Activism. Descriptions of the natural emotions, the Seven Laws of Sacred Activism, Experiential sharing and spiritual practices and art as meditation will be discussed..

3:00 pm – 5:15 pm    Keynote: Arun Gandhi (grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, Spiritual leader of India) will tell of his Grandfathers Interfaith work and the lessons he has learned.

7:00 pm – 8:30 pm    Special Evening event ~ “Rumi: Heart of Unity-Meeting in the Field of Collective Consciousness” VISTAR Foundation & Lucinda Winslow: Voicepoint Theatrical Ensemble performance
